The session will take from 1.5 minutes up to 3 minutes depending on your previous cryotherapy experience. If you come to a cryo center for the first time, you can stay in a cryosauna for a minimum – that’s enough to activate a therapeutic effect. For best results it is recommended to take a course of 10 sessions at least. It is possible to adjust the temperature to ones own preferences and the session timing can be increased gradually. The goal is not to freeze human tissues but to give the body a positive shock which results in improved immunity which in turn strengthens the body’s systems from within.
