Big competition – CROSSFIT REDOUBT SUMMER TEAM CHALLENGE – was recently held in Nove Zamky (Slovakia). CrossFit is a universal training program, which was developed with the aim of general physical preparation and workability improvement. This methodology combines different types of physical activities and is based on constantly alternating high-intensity exercises. CrossFit is very popular in the whole world, but it has just recently come to Slovakia.
Our company provided there cryotherapy equipment for sportsmen and all comers for free. Our cryosauna Space Cabin was installed there in the event’s territory and various participants didn’t ignore it. Over 100 procedures in cryosauna were done!
