Cryotherapy machines are easy to use, but for safety reasons all the process should be controlled by specially trained staff.

Before the session: personnel check if the cryosauna works properly; instruct the patient, find out if there are any contraindications.
During the cryo session: staff talk to a client if it is needed (to calm a patient in case he is too excited or worried); management of the procedure.
After session: they help to exit from cryosauna; clean the equipment.
To use a cryotherapy machine you also need to have proper ventilation. As cryosauna works with the use of liquid nitrogen which is plumbed into it from a liquid nitrogen dewar, it could be potentially dangerous. 78% of the air we breathe consists of nitrogen, which isn’t dangerous itself. But good ventilation is required for cryotherapy centers conducting a lot of procedures per day. In the small and badly ventilated room the oxygen content can fall below 20% (by volume) and sooner or later it can cause tangible discomfort or even loss of consciousness.
Cryo sessions are 100% safe for your body and all our cryosaunas confirm the strictest safety requirement, but while using cryotherapy machine you need to remember about possible risks and do everything to prevent them.
