Can I use cryosauna if I am afraid of closed spaces (claustrophobic)?

First of all, we want to underline that a cryo session is safe and totally controlled by a well-trained operator.

When you enter a cryosauna your head is placed outside the machine. You can see everything and stop a cryo session at any time. The door of a cryosauna is not locked, so you will know that you can go outside when you want or need it. 

Before the session we recommend to avoid stress, talk to an operator and tell him about your fears, breathe normally and tune in positively. You can fully rely on cryo center staff.
